L’album “Suspension” è nato con l’intento di esplorare e approfondire la forza espressiva del “ Felt Piano” , particolare timbro di pianoforte caratterizzato da sonorità morbide, dolci e intime, in cui, oltre al suono classico dello strumento, si aggiungono e si enfatizzano i suoni dei feltri, della risonanza delle corde, della meccanica sia della tastiera che dei pedali, creando così un timbro particolarmente espressivo. Lo strumento acquista una particolarissima ricchezza timbrica e una sua forza ritmica creando in questo modo uno strumento quasi del tutto nuovo.

sono un viaggio attraverso atmosfere fatate, magiche, riflessive e nostalgiche, in cui si mescolano generi quali pop, classica e ambient. I brani sono caratterizzati da lievi tocchi di pianoforte su una leggera elettronica e avvolgenti quanto glaciali suoni di archi e chitarre. Si passa da atmosfere armoniche japan di “Wet Cherry”, a classici echi di soundtrack music di “Remember me e Suspension e Grey Clouds”, passando per melodie dolci e minimaliste di “Space Walk, Sweet Orbit e In the End”, crescendi armonici e timbrici dei brani “ Introspection, Landscapes”, fino ad arrivare all’iniziale dinamismo susseguito da sospensioni armoniche e ritmiche del brano “ Dreaming”. Quest’ultima traccia si presenta come una chiara dedica del compositore alla propria figlia, con l’invito a non smettere mai di sognare.
. L’album è stato suonato, registrato e mixato interamente dal compositore in stretta e preziosa collaborazione con Aventino Music che ne ha curato anche il Mastering, l’edizione e la distribuzione.
The album "Suspension" was born with the intention of exploring and deepening the expressive power of the "Felt Piano", a particular piano timbre characterized by soft, sweet and intimate sounds, in which, in addition to the classic sound of the instrument, are added and the sounds of the felt pads, the resonance of the strings, the mechanics of both the keyboard and the pedals are emphasized, thus creating a particularly expressive timbre. The instrument acquires a very particular tonal richness and its own rhythmic strength, thus creating an almost entirely new instrument. The songs are characterized by light touches of piano on a light electronic and enveloping as glacial sounds of strings and guitars. We move from Japanese harmonic atmospheres of "Wet Cherry", to classic echoes of soundtrack music of "Remember me and Suspension and Gray Clouds", passing through sweet and minimalist melodies of "Space Walk, Sweet Orbit and In the End", crescendi harmonics and timbres of the songs "Introspection, Landscapes", up to the initial dynamism followed by harmonic and rhythmic suspensions of the song "Dreaming". This last track is presented as a clear dedication by the composer to his daughter, with an invitation to never stop dreaming.
